This poem was written for the book Les's Home by one of its characters. It takes the form of a song, where one of the main characters observes the people around them and realizes that, while everyone shows one thing on the outside, there is so much more hidden within. Each person carries depth, secrets, and unspoken truths.
In this song, the character chooses to look beyond appearances, not seeing people for what they present to the world, but for who they truly are inside. It’s about blocking out the noise of the world and listening closely to the quiet songs playing within each of us.
